We’re delighted to share that The Steamer Inn has been nominated for both Best Pub and Best Fish & Chips at the 2026 Red Funnel Isle of Wight Awards.
We’re right on Shanklin Esplanade, overlooking Sandown Bay, with nautical memorabilia on every wall, a terrace facing the sea, and fish and chips made fresh every day. We’re family-run, the real ales include local Island brews, and on the right evening, there’s live music drifting out across the water. Muddy boots and well-behaved dogs are always welcome.
